1. Who we are

Sparal Packaging (“Sparal”, “we”, “us”) is a United States company incorporated in Delaware that supplies custom printed flexible packaging — stand-up pouches, flat-bottom pouches, spout pouches, sachets, and related formats — with low minimum order quantities. You can reach us any time at info@sparalpackaging.com.

By using sparalpackaging.com, the Sparal AI workspace, or any related service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the services on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company to them.

2. The services

• The website and its content: guides, tools, galleries, and packaging references.
• The Sparal AI workspace (free): an AI-assisted brief builder that turns your product notes into a structured packaging brief and a rules-based quote-readiness grade.
• Sparal AI Pro: an optional paid monthly subscription that unlocks additional workspace features as they roll out (see section 4).
• Custom packaging quoting and production: requests for quotes submitted through the site are handled by Sparal's team. Production orders are governed by the specific quote, proof, and order documents we issue for that order — not by these website terms.

3. What the AI workspace is (and is not)

The workspace uses AI models and deterministic rules to draft packaging briefs and grade how ready they are for a human review. Its output is informational drafting help, not professional advice.

Specifically: a readiness grade is not a quote, a price, or a promise of production feasibility; AI-generated suggestions about formats, materials, or claims are starting points that Sparal's human team confirms or corrects during review; and nothing in the workspace is legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. You remain responsible for your product's labeling and regulatory compliance in your markets.

Every production decision — final materials, pricing, proofs, and manufacturing approval — is made by people, not by the AI.

4. Sparal AI Pro subscription

Sparal AI Pro costs $29 per month, billed through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal (the “Manage subscription” link in the workspace); cancellation stops future charges and your access continues to the end of the paid period.

Pro features roll out progressively — the benefits list in the workspace describes what is included at any time. If we change the subscription price, existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price applies.

Refunds for the subscription are handled per our Refund & Returns Policy.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you submit — product notes, briefs, artwork, and files. You grant Sparal a limited license to store and process that content in order to provide the services: drafting your brief, grading readiness, preparing a human review, and following up with you.

We do not use your briefs or files to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in (there is a checkbox for this in the workspace, unchecked by default). See the Privacy Policy for how content is processed and by which providers.

6. Acceptable use

• Use the services only for lawful purposes and genuine packaging projects.
• Do not probe, overload, scrape at scale, or attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls.
• Do not submit content you do not have the right to share, or content that is malicious or unlawful.
• Do not resell or misrepresent Sparal AI output as a certified compliance or engineering review.

7. Intellectual property

The site, the Sparal and Sparal AI names and marks, the workspace software, and our content remain Sparal's property. These terms give you no rights in them beyond normal use of the services.

8. Disclaimers

The website and the AI workspace are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that AI output is error-free, that the workspace is uninterrupted, or that a readiness grade guarantees any commercial outcome. Production orders carry the warranties stated in their own order documents.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparal's total liability arising out of the website, the workspace, or the subscription is limited to the amounts you paid us for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability arising from production orders is addressed in the order documents for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law gives you a different mandatory venue.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the services evolve. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and material changes to the subscription terms will be announced to subscribers by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
