Refund & Returns Policy

Two different worlds live under one roof here: a monthly software subscription (easy refunds, cancel anytime) and custom-manufactured packaging (committed materials, proof-gated). This page covers both.

1. Sparal AI Pro subscription

  • Cancel anytime: use “Manage subscription” in the workspace (Stripe customer portal). Cancelling stops all future charges; your access continues to the end of the paid month.
  • First charge, 14-day guarantee: if Pro isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days of your first $29 charge and we refund it in full.
  • Renewals: monthly renewal charges are generally not refunded — cancel before the renewal date instead. If you cancel within 48 hours of an accidental renewal and haven't used Pro features since, ask us and we'll take care of it.
  • Billing errors and duplicate charges are always refunded in full.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

2. Custom packaging orders

Custom printed pouches are manufactured to your specification and cannot be restocked or resold, so they follow different rules than off-the-shelf goods. Each production order is governed by its quote and proof documents; the defaults below apply unless your order documents say otherwise.

  • Before proof approval: you can change or cancel the order. Work already performed (such as design services or sampling stated in your quote) may be deducted from any refund.
  • After proof approval / production start: orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, because materials are committed and the run is printed for you.
  • Defects: if delivered goods don't match the approved proof or agreed specification, email photos and the affected quantity within 14 days of delivery. Confirmed defects are remade or credited after review — this is our standard process, and it is where the human proof-review step protects both sides.
  • Normal production tolerances (slight color variation within commercial print tolerance, industry-standard quantity over/under-run stated in your quote) are not defects.

3. Fixed-price products

Any fixed-price items sold on this site (such as sample kits) state their own shipping and return terms on the product page and in the order confirmation.

4. How to request a refund

Email info@sparalpackaging.com from the address on the order or subscription, with the receipt or order reference and — for production issues — photos of what you received. We respond within two business days.
