Website content is provided for informational purposes and is not a final production specification, engineering recommendation, legal recommendation, regulatory recommendation, or guaranteed quote.

2. Quotes and production details

Prices, timelines, specifications, minimums, proofs, tolerances, materials, finishes, closures, shipping, payment terms, and production details are not final unless confirmed in a written quote, order confirmation, statement of work, or other signed agreement.

• Calculator outputs and planning examples are estimates only.
• Material, barrier, finish, closure, size, fill, storage, and shipping assumptions must be validated for the actual product and use case.
• Artwork, claims, ingredient panels, warnings, barcodes, regulatory copy, channel requirements, and product compliance remain the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Submitted materials

If you submit artwork, logos, names, marks, copy, product information, dielines, files, or other materials, you represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and use those materials. Sparal Packaging may use submitted information to evaluate the request, prepare follow-up, and support the quote or project conversation.

4. Intellectual property

The website, including text, layout, graphics, images, photography, 3D models and interactive viewers, dielines, templates, tools, and brand elements, is owned by Sparal Packaging or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may use website resources for internal planning and evaluation, and you may use downloadable dielines and templates to prepare artwork for your own packaging projects. Any other use requires written permission.

• Do not copy, scrape, bulk-download, or extract website assets — including 3D model files, textures, photography, dielines, or page content — by automated means or by reverse engineering the site or its asset delivery.
• Do not republish, resell, sublicense, or redistribute website assets, including 3D models, dielines, or templates, on other websites, marketplaces, or products.
• Brand elements, logos, and product photography may not be used without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent access controls or rate limits, run automated scraping or bulk-download tools against the site or its asset endpoints, submit unlawful or infringing materials, or use the site to transmit malicious code, spam, or misleading information.
